Veloluck GmbH is a fictional company of the digita demo. Please enter no real personal data in the booking form.

When you send the form, we store your name, your email address, your phone number, the service you picked, the description of your bike, whether it is an e-bike, your preferred date, your message, your confirmation of this notice, the language of the page and the language we write to you in.

Name, email address, service, the description of the bike and the confirmation are required. The data is stored as a booking in our workshop app. We need it to agree a date with you.

When you send the form, the website and the workshop app process your IP address to limit abuse. The website keeps it in memory for one hour for this. The booking does not store it.

When the workshop opens a work order from your booking, it records you as a customer with your name, email address, phone number and correspondence language, and it records your bike.

The Veloluck staff at the front desk, the workshop lead, the mechanics, and the administrators of the workshop app. We pass the data to no one.

The workshop app does not delete a booking by itself. It stays until the workshop deletes it. Write to us and we delete your data.

When you pick a language, the website stores your choice in the cookie locale for one year. Your browser keeps light or dark mode in its own storage. The website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hallo@veloluck.example.
