The workshop checks your request, opens the work order and agrees the drop-off date with you.

A quote before the work
When a repair will likely cost CHF 150 or more, you get a quote first. We repair only once you have agreed.

Pick up
You pick up your bike, confirm the handover with your signature and pay with the QR bill.
